We understand that plans can change. We request at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

The frequency of cleaning depends on your specific needs. For homes, we typically recommend weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. For offices, daily or several times a week is often appropriate. We can create a customized schedule based on your requirements.
